Prof. Dr. Khosro Hekmat works at the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery, University of Cologne, Germany and is the director of the thoracic surgery program (CardioCliniC). One of his main focuses are Infectious diseases of the lung. He is a coordinating physician within the FungiScope® Team and is a part of the quality control team.
